Application and acceptance of the general conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all furniture sales made through the parsa-edition.com website. They also apply to any sale concluded directly between the Customer and PARSA, in particular by email exchange or in a showroom. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions and accepts them without reservation.

Features and images of the parts
The pieces published by PARSA are contemporary collectible creations, available in a single copy, in a limited series or in a numbered edition. They are made from noble materials and with exceptional craftsmanship. Natural variations in texture, color and finish are an integral part of the manufacturing process and cannot be considered as defects. The patina and appearance of the materials may evolve over time, giving each piece its unique character. The photographs and images presented on the website are as faithful as possible to reality but differences may exist depending on the display settings of the Customer’s screen. These differences cannot be invoked as grounds for contesting or refusing the order.

Online orders
Ordering Process: The Customer selects one or more items on the website and adds them to their cart. If an item is no longer available, a request can be sent by email to contact@parsa-edition.com. A payment confirmation email is sent automatically. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order will be canceled.

Order confirmation

Prices are displayed in euros, excluding shipping costs. Orders shipped within the European Union are subject to the current French VAT rate. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for local taxes and customs duties.
